MODULE 1

Preparing for the session

These lessons will help you prepare yourself and your clients for the session from what to tell your clients to planning your session flow. We’ll make intentional changes to your current booking process, while also polishing those pre-sesion emails & guides to create your effective client prep process.

MODULE 2

Lighting In Home

This module is focused on nailing down in home lighting to finally defeat your fear of dark homes. You’ll learn to understand how light works, how to use added light, and how to use light to create consistent images.

MODULE 3

The Baby

These lessons will help you learn to soothe babies for a smoother, safer, less stressful session. You’ll learn the 5 techniques to soothe any fussy baby to a happy sleepy baby, while also learning various wrapping techniques to add variety in your images and photographing sweet little details.

MODULE 4

Posing

This module is focused on photographing the baby with family and siblings to finally create those authentic, natural poses you’ve always wanted. You’ll learn to use composition and perspective for added variety and how to incorporate uncooperative siblings into the session.

MODULE 5

Book more newborn clients

From crafting a client experience, to creating a marketing plan, these lessons will walk you through mapping out the ultimate client journey, my 3 tier marketing plan for newborn photography, and inspire you to finally stop using Instagram as your ONLY source of marketing to book more newborn clients.

MODULE 6

after the session

In this module you’ll go beyond the session as you learn to cull images and create a proofing gallery. Watch me edit several common issues in newborn images including baby acne, skin discoloration and smoothing, as well as creating consistently edited images that pop.
